Black Sesame Seed Remedies:

Oil Massage:

Ingredients: Black sesame seed and Fenugreek seeds oil.

Method: Mix both seeds into oil and warm the oil a bit and massage it into your scalp and hair.

Leave it on for an hour or overnight, then wash it off with a Amla and Shikakai Ayurveda shampoo. This helps nourish the scalp and strengthen hair.

Black Sesame Seed Paste:

Ingredients: 2-3 tablespoons of black sesame seeds, water.

Method: Soak the seeds in water for a few hours or overnight.

Grind them into a paste.

Apply the paste to your scalp and hair, leave it on for 30 minutes, and then rinse it off with lukewarm water. This nourishes the scalp and promotes hair growth.

Hair Mask:

Ingredients: 2 tablespoons of black sesame seeds, 2 tablespoons of coconut or olive oil, 1 tablespoon of yogurt.

Method: Grind the seeds into a fine powder.

Mix with oil and yogurt to make a paste.

Apply to your scalp and hair, leave for 30-40 minutes, then wash off with a Ayurveda Shampoo. This conditions your hair deeply and makes it stronger.

Eating Black Sesame Seeds:

Method: Add black sesame seeds to your diet. Sprinkle them on salads, cereals, or yogurt, or blend them into smoothies. Eating these seeds regularly provides nutrients like calcium, magnesium, and zinc, which are good for hair health.

You can also consume half-half quantity of Amla powder and  Black Sesame seed powder with water at every night.
