“Effective Ayurvedic Solutions for Kids' Cough”

Here are some simple Ayurvedic remedies for children's cough:

Honey and Warm Water: Mix a teaspoon of honey in warm water. This can soothe a sore throat and reduce coughing. (Do not give honey to babies under one year old.)

Tulsi (Holy Basil): Boil tulsi leaves in water and give it to your child. Tulsi has properties that can help fight infections.

Ginger and Honey: Mix ginger juice with honey. Ginger can help reduce inflammation and soothe the throat.

Turmeric Milk: Add a pinch of turmeric to warm milk and give it to your child before bed. Turmeric can help reduce inflammation.

Steam Inhalation: Let your child inhale steam from a bowl of hot water with a few drops of eucalyptus oil. This can help clear nasal passages and ease coughing.

Ajwain (Carom Seeds): Boil ajwain seeds in water and give the strained water to your child. Ajwain can help relieve cough.

Lavender Oil: Use lavender oil for gentle chest rubs or in a diffuser. This can help ease breathing and reduce coughing.

Always check with a pediatrician or an Ayurvedic practitioner before trying new remedies for your child.
